JERUSALEM is an Olivier and Tony Award-winning comedy play by Jez Butterworth, set in Wiltshire, England on St. George’s Day. GEORGE is one of a trio of tortoises who stared in the original run of the show. The tortoise has a crucial role in the play with a character using his sister’s pet to settle a drugs debt.
